Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Florida Bronzed Spray Tan Co., LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
MOBILE SERVICE
Florida Bronzed is a mobile spray tanning service. Services are performed at the location provided by the client during booking. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate address and a safe, clean, and reasonably accessible space for the appointment.
Please provide enough room for our mobile spray tanning equipment and access to a standard electrical outlet when requested.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Proper preparation plays an important role in achieving the best possible spray tan results. Clients are expected to follow the Florida Bronzed Prep & Care Guide before their appointment.
Failure to properly exfoliate, shave, remove lotions or oils, or otherwise follow preparation instructions may affect the development, appearance, or longevity of your tan.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be booked.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
Because Florida Bronzed travels between clients, appointment times are important.
If you are not ready when we arrive, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to prevent delays for other clients. We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate you when possible.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Because spray tanning is a personalized cosmetic service, completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you have a concern with your spray tan, please contact Florida Bronzed within 48 hours after your initial rinse so we can evaluate the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
SPRAY TAN RESULTS
Every person's skin is different. Final color, development time, fade pattern, and longevity can vary based on skin type, preparation, medications, hormones, lifestyle, aftercare, and other individual factors.
Florida Bronzed cannot guarantee an exact shade or a specific number of days that a spray tan will last.
A spray tan does not provide protection from the sun and is not a substitute for sunscreen or other appropriate sun protection.
SKIN CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Please notify us before your appointment of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, open wounds, recent cosmetic procedures, or other conditions that could affect your service.
Clients should also disclose the use of prescription topical treatments or medications that may cause or increase skin sensitivity before receiving a spray tan.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your healthcare provider before receiving a spray tan and notify Florida Bronzed before your appointment so additional precautions can be taken.
Florida Bronzed does not provide medical advice and reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when we believe proceeding may be inappropriate or unsafe.
MINORS
Clients under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment for any client under 18.
CLIENT PRIVACY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Client privacy and comfort are important to us. Appropriate disposable garments or personal clothing may be worn based on the client's preferred tan lines and comfort level.
Florida Bronzed maintains a professional environment at all times. Inappropriate, threatening, unsafe, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in the appointment being discontinued.
ARTIST SAFETY & APPOINTMENT ACCOMPANIMENT
Florida Bronzed Spray Tan Co., LLC is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for both clients and spray tan artists.
For mobile appointments, Florida Bronzed reserves the right to have an additional team member or safety companion accompany the spray tan artist to the service location. The accompanying individual will respect the client's privacy and will not be present in the immediate tanning area unless necessary or requested.
When available, clients may request a male or female spray tan artist; however, artist availability cannot be guaranteed.
Florida Bronzed reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or leave any appointment if the artist feels unsafe, uncomfortable, threatened, or if the environment or conduct is inappropriate.
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Florida Bronzed will not use identifiable before-and-after photographs, videos, or other client images for advertising, marketing, or social media without the client's permission.
Consent to photography or use of client images is entirely voluntary. Declining photo or marketing consent will not affect the availability or quality of services provided.
Any authorization to use client images will be handled separately from these Terms & Conditions.
MOBILE SERVICE ACCESS
Clients are responsible for providing accurate directions and reasonable access to the service location. Please notify us in advance of gated communities, parking restrictions, access codes, stairs, or other circumstances that could affect our ability to reach your appointment.
Additional travel charges may apply to locations outside our standard service area when disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
SPRAY TAN WAIVER
Clients may be required to review and sign a separate Spray Tan Waiver and provide relevant information before receiving services. Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions does not replace any required waiver or consent form.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Florida Bronzed Spray Tan Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of the client or spray tan artist.

By scheduling an appointment with Florida Bronzed Spray Tan Co., LLC, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
